*CAHK decides for granting or refusing certification, expanding or reducing the scope of certification, suspending or restoring certification, withdrawing or renewing certification in accordance with ISO/IEC 17021 requirements.
Public who request for detail information about certifications’ granted, expanded or reduced the scope, suspended or restored, withdrawn and renewed may be addressed in writing to our office.

Use of our Certification Symbol

In accordance with service agreement, our certified client agrees and acknowledges that the ownership and the right to use of our certification symbol remains with CAHK. When client granted and continue maintaining their valid certification status, they are licensed to have the right to use our certification symbol (details refer to use of symbol document) with respect to those activities which have been certified. The symbol shall be used without misleading and cannot be used onto products.
